To prevent the occurrence of fake products, as well as the restrictions of promotion of human desire, people's self-identity in an old fashioned system, which makes people do inappropriate or even illegal behaviors because the system is unable to go up with the level of people’s expectation, we need to know how to operate that original self-protection mechanism of ours to well control the whole situation and solve the problems fundamentally.

It must be set up three different independent financial system, the first one is part of the national system; the second one belongs to all the country people which must go through a referendum from all the country people to approve the expense, the third one belongs to local people which, the same, has to be taken under local people’s approve by local referendum.
 
Only that and the country's fiscal settings that meet the co-adaptive request, it can turn into the background of the promotion of the country. And the taxes from country people by way of their income belongs to the country; the profit generated by selling nation properties belongs to the whole country people; the occurrence of the fine of violations in local place belongs to the people.

If so, according to human nature, those who possibly think about some business illegal would never try it because that is very possible that they are going to gain nothing but penalty.
